WINTER SPICED Bitters RECIPES

A selection of cocktails featuring our dried fruit, spicy and aromatic bitters

Harvard

45ml / 1.5oz Louis Royer Force 53 Cognac
45ml / 1.5oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino 
1 Dash Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Splash soda (optional)
Ice: N/A 

Ruby Flip

37.5ml / 1.25oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
37.5ml / 1.25oz Ruby Port
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters
1 Whole Egg
5ml / 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Syrup [2-1]

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Goblet
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg
Ice: N/A

Harvest Fizz

60ml / 2oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
120ml / 4oz Ginger Beer
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Lemon Sherbet

Method: Build over cubed ice and lightly stir
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Dried apple crisp and star anise
Ice: Cubed

60ml / 2oz Somerset Cider Brandy
7.5ml / 0.25oz Yellow Chartreuse
7.5ml / 0.25oz Bénédictine
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: Fresh orange zest
Ice: N/A

ThunderCaat​

40ml / 1.25oz Bols Advocaat 
20ml / 0.75oz Vanilla Infused Mount Gay Rum 
20ml / 0.75oz Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Lemon sugar rim
Ice: N/A

Champagne Cocktail

1 Brown Sugar Cube
2 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Winter Spiced Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Pierre Ferrand Orange Curaçao
Top with Champagne

Method: Place sugar cube on bar spoon and dash bitters onto cube. Drop in glass, add the Curaçao then fill with Champagne.
Glass: Champagne flute
Garnish: Fresh lemon spiral
Ice: N/A
