Hodge's Pale Ale

37.5ml / 1.25oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
15ml / 0.5oz Amaro Montenegro
15ml / 0.5oz Yellow Chartreuse
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
30ml / 1oz Punk IPA
30ml / 1oz Fresh White Grapefruit Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Honey Syrup [1-1]
15ml Fresh Egg White
Splash Soda Water

Method: Add first eight ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled Beer Tankard
Garnish: Pretzels on side
Ice: N/A 

Port Wine Punch

60ml / 2oz Ruby Port
30ml / 1oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
30ml / 1oz Fresh Orange Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup [2-1]

Method: Add all ingredients to glass, fill with crushed ice and churn. Fill with more crushed ice and churn again
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg and seasonal fruit
Ice: Crushed

Tom Collins

60ml / 2oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
1 Dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco Aromatic Bitters
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup [2-1]
Top with 30ml / 1oz Soda Water

Method: 
Add first four ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain over ice and top with soda
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Maraschino cherry and fresh wedge lemon 
Ice: Cubed

Jasmine

45ml / 1.5oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
7.5ml / 0.25oz Campari
7.5ml / 0.25oz Cointreau
22.5ml / 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Fresh lemon zest
Ice: N/A

Ford Cocktail

45ml / 1.5oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
45ml / 1.5oz Gancia Dry Vermouth
3 Dashes Bénédictine
3 Dashes Orange Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Nick & Nora
Garnish: Fresh orange zest
Ice: N/A

Floradora

60ml / 2oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Raspberry Syrup
1 Dash 
Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco Aromatic Bitters
Top with 60ml / 2oz Ginger Ale


Method: Add first four ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. Strain over ice and top with soda
Glass: Tall wine
Garnish: Lime wedge & fresh raspberries
Ice: Cubed
