DANDELION & BURDOCK Bitters RECIPES

Nordic Club

4 Fresh Raspberries
45ml / 1.5oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
15ml / 0.5oz Aalborg Taffel Akvavit
1 Dash Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice 
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup [2-1]
15ml / 0.5oz Egg White 

Method:  Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: N/A
Ice: N/A 

Spruce Goose

60ml / 2oz House of Botanicals Maple Old Tom Gin
30ml / 1oz Cocchi Americano
7.5ml / 0.25oz Apricot Brandy
2 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Lemon zest
Ice: N/A

Bridgeman Fizz

60ml / 2oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
120ml / 4oz Fentiman’s Rose Lemonade
3 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Lemon Sherbet

Method: Build over cubed ice and lightly stir
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig, peach slice, and cucumber slice
Ice: Cubed

Lion's Tooth

60ml / 2oz Herradura Reposado Tequila
4 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Licor 43 Vanilla Liqueur
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Fresh Egg White
1 Barspoon Caster Sugar

Method: Add sugar and lemon juice to cocktail shaker and stir until dissolved, add remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Star anise
Ice: N/A

Spring Sherry Cobbler

30ml / 1oz Pedro Ximenez Sherry
30ml / 1oz Lillet Blanc
5 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5oz Pineapple Syrup

Method: Add all ingredients to goblet fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Fill with crushed ice to finish
Glass: Wine glass / goblet
Garnish: Mint sprig, lemon slice and cherry
Ice: Crushed

The Blonde Boxer

45ml / 1.5oz Monkey Shoulder Scotch whisky
22.5ml / 0.75oz Gancia Dry Vermouth
15ml / 0.5oz Kümmel
7.5ml / 0.25oz White Crème de Cacao
2 Dashes Dr. Adam’s Dandelion & Burdock bitters 

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
