45ml / 1.5oz House of Botanicals Old Tom Gin
30ml / 1oz Cocchi Americano
1 Dash Luxardo Maraschino
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s Bitters 

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Fresh lemon quadrant
Ice: N/A 

​Japanese Cocktail #2

60ml / 2oz Hennessy Fine de Cognac
2 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s bitters
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml / 0.33oz Orgeat Syrup
Barspoon Sugar Syrup [2-1]

Method: Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Fresh orange zest
Ice: N/A

Kennedy Manhattan

60ml / 2oz El Dorado 15 Rum
22.5ml / 0.75oz Dolin Blanc Vermouth
4 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s Bitters
1 Barspoon Maple Syrup

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Cocktail cherry
Ice: N/A

New Haven Crusta

60ml / 2oz Tapatio Reposado Tequila
22.5ml / 0.75oz Lillet Rose
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s Bitters
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml / 0.33oz Sugar Syrup [2-1]
Barspoon Orgeat Syrup 

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass and fill with cubed ice. Shake until ice cold and fine strain
Glass: Small wine glass / Goblet
Garnish: Sugar crust and strip fresh lemon zest
Ice: N/A

Jerez Sour

45ml / 1.5oz Brandy de Jerez
Dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s bitters
22.5ml / 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
22.5ml / 0.75oz Orgeat Syrup
15ml / 0.5oz Dry Oloroso Sherry [float]

Method: Add first four ingredients to shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds. 
Strain into glass and float the sherry on top of the drink
Glass: Chilled coupette
Garnish: Cocktail cherry and a strip of orange zest speared on a cocktail pick
Ice: N/A

Persian Rose Leaf Punch

15ml / 0.5oz Hennessy VS Cognac
10ml / 0.33oz Grand Marnier
2 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Boker’s Bitters
Barspoon Lemon Sherbet
120ml / 4oz Champagne 

Method: Build ingredients in glass and lightly stir 
Glass: Flute
Garnish: Rose petals
Ice: N/A
