Merchant Quarter

30ml / 1oz Redemption Rye Whiskey
30ml / 1oz English Harbour 5 Year Old Rum
30ml / 1oz Cocchi Vermouth Di Torino
2 Dashes Absinthe
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass fill with cubed ice and stir for 15-20 seconds
Glass: Chilled cocktail
Garnish: Cocktail cherry
Ice: N/A

Fosbury Flip

1 Barspoon Caraway Seeds
60ml / 2oz Drambuie
30ml / 1oz Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum
2 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
1 Fresh Egg
Barspoon Sugar Syrup [2-1]
Pinch Salt
Pinch Black Pepper

Method: Muddle caraway seeds in base of shaker, add remaining ingredients and shake with ice for 10 seconds
Glass: Chilled goblet
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg
Ice: N/A

Baguio Skin

60ml / 2oz El Dorado 15 Year Old Rum
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
1 Dash Regan’s Orange Bitters #6
1 White Sugar Cube
2 Thinly Sliced Wheels of Fresh Lime

Method: Add sugar cube to glass with a splash of water, lightly muddle and stir until dissolved. Place two lime wheels on base of glass then add a few cubes of ice. Add rum and bitters and stir for a few seconds
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Fresh grated nutmeg
Ice: Cubed

Prescription Julep

8 Fresh Mint Leaves
37.5ml / 1.25oz Pierre Ferrand Cognac
15ml / 0.5oz Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Sugar Syrup [2-1]

Method: Lightly press mint with sugar, add remaining ingredients,  fill with crushed ice and swizzle. Top with crushed ice to finish
Glass: Julep cup (or similar)
Garnish: Fresh mint sprig, dash dark rum, and light dusting powdered sugar
Ice: Crushed

Rum & Raisin Old Fashioned

60ml / 2oz Butter-washed Diplomatico Reserva Rum
3 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Orinoco Aromatic Bitters
1 Dash Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
15ml / 0.5oz Vanilla Syrup [2-1]

Method: Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with cubed ice and stir for 10 seconds
Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned
Garnish: Coin orange zest
Ice: Cubed

Vanilla & Coconut Lassi

60ml / 2oz Belvedere Pure Vodka
4 Dashes Dr. Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters
75ml / 2.5oz Coconut Milk
30ml / 1oz Greek Yoghurt
30ml / 1oz Vanilla Syrup [2-1]
30ml / 1oz Fresh Lime Juice
Pinch Saffron Threads
Pinch Ground Cardamom

Method:  Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, fill with cubed ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
Glass: Highball
Garnish: Pinch saffron threads
Ice: Cubed
